Tabel Pivot: Tabel pivot 4 minggu terakhir -

Untuk membuat tabel pivot yang menunjukkan data 4 minggu terakhir (yaitu 4 minggu bergulir), Anda dapat menambahkan kolom pembantu ke data sumber untuk menandai catatan dalam 4 minggu terakhir, kemudian gunakan kolom pembantu untuk memfilter data dalam tabel pivot. Dalam contoh yang ditampilkan, tanggal saat ini adalah 25 Agustus 2019, dan tabel pivot menunjukkan 4 lengkap sebelumnya. Ketika data baru ditambahkan dari waktu ke waktu, tabel pivot akan terus melacak 4 minggu sebelumnya berdasarkan tanggal saat ini.

Fields

Dalam tabel pivot yang diperlihatkan, ada empat bidang di data sumber: Tanggal, Penjualan, Minggu, dan Filter. Filter adalah kolom pembantu dengan formula yang menandai 4 minggu terakhir. Minggu adalah kolom pembantu yang mengembalikan hari Senin untuk tanggal tertentu (hanya untuk kenyamanan). Penjualan adalah bidang nilai, dan Minggu telah ditambahkan sebagai bidang Baris ke grup berdasarkan minggu:

Rumus

Rumus yang digunakan di D5 (Minggu), disalin, adalah:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Rumus ini mengembalikan hari Senin dalam seminggu untuk tanggal tertentu.

Rumus yang digunakan dalam E5 (Filter), disalin, adalah:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
